Bespoke Workshops
Every team has its strengths and struggles.
That's why I offer a complimentary consultation before you book to understand what your team needs, their dynamic and the best way to design a workshop just for them.
It will always be me handling the sessions from that first call to the final feedback.
These sessions are very interactive and practical. You can read all the self-help books and listen to every leadership podcast but unless you get up and try it, you'll never become it. That is the beauty of improv: you develop the skills in real-time and learn how to keep the momentum.
This is why I keep team workshop small groups (ideally 10-16) to provide meaningful coaching and progress. These can be done online and in-person.
